Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Western Aircraft Maintenance LTD (“AMO”, “we”, “our”) and the aircraft owner/operator (“Client”, “you”).

By engaging our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Scope of Services

Western Aircraft Maintenance LTD is a Transport Canada–approved Aircraft Maintenance Organization (AMO). We provide aircraft maintenance, inspections, repairs, modifications, and related services in accordance with our approved ratings and capabilities.

All maintenance work is performed in compliance with:

  • Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs)
  • Approved Maintenance Control Manuals (MCM)
  • Manufacturer specifications and approved data

3. Maintenance Standards

All services will be carried out in accordance with the Maintenance Control Manuals (MCM) of both the Client and Western Aircraft Maintenance LTD.

In the event of any conflict, the Client’s MCM shall take precedence, as required by applicable regulations.

4. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate and complete aircraft documentation
  • Ensure all required records and airworthiness information are available
  • Comply with all applicable aviation regulations
  • Approve maintenance work and associated costs where required

5. Authorization of Work

All maintenance, inspections, or modifications must be authorized by the Client or their designated representative. Additional work identified during maintenance may require further approval before proceeding.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we adhere to strict safety and regulatory standards, Western Aircraft Maintenance LTD shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of use, revenue, or operational delays
  • Issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the Client

7. Termination

This service relationship may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days written notice.

Notice may be provided to:

  • The other party directly
  • The appropriate Transport Canada Aviation District Office, if required

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws and regulations applicable in the Province of British Columbia and Canada.
